 Punctuality and Courtesy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in me not being able to complete your full treatment.
Please park your car on the drive, directly in front of my window when you arrive for your treatment.

Cancellations & No Shows
Please note 24Hours notice is required for all cancellations, this will hopefully enable me to ‘fill’ this space with another client. Cancellations should be made by email, social media message, text, phone call or voicemail. I understand that under some circumstances one cannot help but cancel an appointment at short notice but as my client I ask you to kindly appreciate that I cannot fill your slot at short notice so in effect I have lost money for the time slot you booked with us. Therefore, I charge a 50% cancellation fee for anything under 24 hours.
All no-show clients will be charged at full price at your next appointment.

Deposits
A £50.00 deposit is required for all microblading appointments, this is to hold the space and is non-refundable unless 48hours notice is given.

Purchase of Retail Products
Beauty products must be paid for in full at time of purchase or ordering.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services and product purchases. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.

Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Smoking

lease note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Studio.

Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. I may, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let me know.

Medical Conditions
Please inform me of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Hygiene
S
alon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. I only use new sterilised disposable needles for each client.

Payment
Most credit and debit Cards are accepted, cash or bank transfer. All prices include value added tax at a current rate.

Patch Testing
Patch testing is required for all treatments marked * on my price list/website, I will notify you on booking. Please arrange a patch test prior to your treatment.

Personal Items
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as I cannot be held responsible for lost items.
